He looks at the mistletoe above him, feigns going in for a kiss, then twists the mans neck, and disposes of the man's body down the garbage chute. The man grabs him by the neck, revealing his vampire fangs. He turns to find a man in a Santa hat in front of him. In a panic he pushes the elevator button while looking behind him. In Kansas City, Missouri, a man runs out into an office hallway, running from someone.
